Papers and documents required to apply for a second passport for one of the Caribbean islands

• Passport (The first and second pages of the passport)
• Civil ID and Nationalit Certificate or unified card
• The birth statement, birth certificate copy, or civil status copy (electronic registration copy)
• Marriage contract (if any)
• To prove your residential address, please attach one of these documents:

1. Residence card (provided that the current residence address matches the address written on the card)
2. Endorsement of Mukhtar Al-Mahalla
3. Real estate registration (house deed or apartment contract) or lease agreement, the requirement that the person’s name and address be present on these receipts

• Confirmation of work, in which the salary, job title, and date of Commencement of work must be mentioned
• For company owners: company registration certificate - company balance sheet - company bank statement for 12 months
• Endorsement of the bank statement for the last 12 months in English, provided that each page is stamped
• 12 personal photos measuring (45 mm) by (35 mm), in which 85% of the face must be shown, and to be sent electronically
• The face, ears, and shoulders must be fully shown, and the shoulders must be straight, taking into account that the facial 
• expressions are clear in their natural form and the mouth is closed (the teeth must not be shown) and the clothes must be in dark colors such as black or indigo
• For females: the hair must be raised to the back, and it is not permissible to hide the ears with the hairline and forehead visible. for pictures of veiled females, the color of the veil should be black, showing the entire hairline, ears, and forehead
• An original non-conviction certificate from the home country and from each country in which you have resided for more than 
  6 months and for the last 10 years
• endorsement school for all children who are currently studying
• A university degree or institute certificate for each person who completed his studies
• HIV test for every person over 11 years old, and the test must be sealed
• A letter of recommendation from a lawyer and accountant to the head of the family
